In the fast-paced and sometimes cutthroat business of real estate lands for sale, it’s wonderful to find a high spirited practitioner who believes that wealth building through real estate and a generous spirit can stand toe-to-toe. Edgar Urbina is a passionate real estate agent and LandSelz expert, real estate wholesaler, mentor, investor, and wealth building practitioner whose constant goal is to get the most of life!

Education and Books

“What did you learn today? Always be learning.”
A mentor once told Edgar. Although Edgar didn’t go to any traditional schooling after High School, he was devoted to learning all aspects of real estate from an early age. This passion for real estate developed since the first day he went to work on a construction site with his father:

“I remember going to work with my dad when I was 14 years old during my summer breaks. One day my father brought me a construction site that the developer was building for a school… I just kept seeing the guys hitting nail after nail into plywood with their hammers in one-two shots. I was amazed at how my dad did it so quickly as well, soon I followed, and boy was I wrong, by the 10th wack that nail wasn’t getting even hit! I knew right then and there that real estate was for me, why? Because it felt good to be tired and sore, but you could slowly but easily see how with one nail at a time, you can build a massive structure.”

An avid ready, Edgar reads as many as 1-2 books per month ranging in different aspects, from farming all the way to stories that enrich one’s soul. Edgar is continually educating himself on many issues of real estate as well to continue to learn and grow.

Roles & Philanthropy

Real estate is a very demanding career, and thus Edgar always makes it his goal to donate a percentage of his profits or $10,000 to – St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Foundation, so they can continue to find ways to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.

On a personal level, Edgar passion for kids ranges from helping kids be more involved outdoors with nature and being active in helping prevent cyberbullying and reading to young children.
